Coaching for Individuals

Personal coaching from an ICF-Certified Working Parent Coach

Being a working parent comes with its own pressures, at work, at home, and in the space between.
Coaching gives you somewhere to think clearly, find your footing, and move forward with more confidence, whatever stage you're at.

Who this is for

  • You're preparing for, or navigating, a return to work after parental leave

  • You're a working parent or carer figuring out how to sustain the juggle long-term, not just survive it

  • You want support with your wellbeing, relationships and finding a better balance between work and home life

  • You're facing a career decision, a promotion, a change, a return, and want clarity before you act

  • You're in a leadership role while parenting, and want support that holds both

  • You want a space that's entirely yours, away from work and home, to think things through

How coaching works

Sessions take place fortnightly, one hour at a time, giving you space to reflect and put things into practice between each one.

My approach is somatic and NLP-informed: we work with what's actually happened, not just the story you've attached to it, and with what's felt in the body as well as what's thought, so change happens at more than just a surface level.

Between sessions, you can reach out to me, so support doesn't stop when the call ends. Every programme is shaped around what you're working through, and goals are set around who you're becoming, not just what you're doing differently.

Expert Coaching That Makes a Difference

I'm Rebecca Lloyd, an ICF-certified coach and founder of ParentWorks, and a working parent myself. My coaching combines professional training with lived experience, so the support I offer comes from understanding both the theory and the reality of juggling work and family life.

I won't tell you what to do. My role is to hold a space where you can think clearly, question the stories you've been carrying, and reconnect with what you already know, so you leave each session with real clarity, not just advice.
