Coaching for Working Parents at Every Stage:
Supporting Wellbeing, Performance, and Career Progression

Protect your organisation from the hidden costs of burnout, disengagement, and talent loss.

Working parents face complex and ongoing challenges throughout their careers - not just during the return-to-work phase. Without the right support, organisations risk losing skilled employees, facing rising absenteeism, and experiencing stalled progression within key talent pipelines.

This one-to-one coaching empowers working parents to manage the competing demands of career and family life while building confidence to pursue career goals, growth opportunities, and promotions - safeguarding both individual wellbeing and business performance.

“83% of working mothers report experiencing burnout, contributing to increased absenteeism and reduced productivity” (Wellhub, 2023).

“85% of women leave the full-time workforce within 3 years of having children” (That Works for Me, Careers After Babies Report, 2022).

How the Coaching Works

This programme supports working parents not just in managing the day-to-day challenges but also in progressing their careers. It helps parents develop clarity around their career goals, overcome mindset blocks, and build confidence to pursue opportunities such as promotions and leadership roles. By focusing on career development alongside wellbeing, the programme helps retain talent and reduce burnout, and the risk of losing skilled employees.

This programme is made up of six one-to-one coaching sessions, delivered bi-weekly over approximately three months.

Coaching is fully tailored to the parent’s stage of life and career, but typically covers topics such as:

  • Sustainable workload management and wellbeing.

  • Career clarity, growth, and readiness for promotion or new opportunities.

  • Building confidence and addressing mindset challenges.
